Amarillo Court of Appeals Chief Justice Phil Johnson Appointed to Supreme Court
Texas Gov. Rick Perry announced Tuesday his appointment of Chief Justice Phil Johnson of the Amarillo Court of Appeals to a vacancy on the Texas Supreme Court.
